We just love discovering unique little gems on airbnb, and that’s exactly how we came across The Loft by Pop & Scott!
Situated in the super funky industrial & arts estate in Byron Bay, and only a few km’s from the main centre, The Loft was our little home away from home for our week in Byron and we had the most fabulous time!
Things that we loved:
LOCATION, we were surrounded by funky homeware shops, clothing boutiques, cafe’s, restaurants, and local produce stores, so many of these spots we never would have found if we hadn’t stayed in the industrial estate area, a few favourites spots that we visited nearby were,
Kouzina Greek Restaurant, we went here for valentine’s day, and they served the most delicious food, and we met the most loveliest of staff who were more than happy to cater for vegetarian and dietary requirements,
Stone & Wood Brewery, just around the corner, we loved hanging out here trying their different brews, and you can grab some food here too (burgers and chips mmmm mmmm)
FOLK, delicious coffees, smoothies, and breakfast options! So many outdoor tables to sit and enjoy that morning sunshine,
THE COMPLIMENTARY BIKES - vintage style cruisers, these were an additional surprise and made getting to and from Byron Bay centre and local coffee spots so easy and fun!
THE SPACE - think a room full of natural light, lots of timber benches, indoor plants, beautiful handmade furniture, linen sheets, pottery, day-beds, and lots of room
THE KITCHEN - with a full kitchen set-up, we were able to cook our own meals, they even supplied a nutribullet for morning smoothies, doesn’t get better than that!
THE BALCONY - there was the most adorable little cactus garden outside on the upper balcony, wall art, and this was such a nice spot to enjoy the afternoon sunshine
WASHING MACHINE - it’s not often these days that you stay at a place that has a washing machine for you to use, this was super helpful as we spent just over a week in Byron, so a nice little luxury to have!
THE WINE - a little welcome bottle of wine in the fridge was such a nice touch,
THE DETAILS - every little thing in the Loft was just luxury, from the eco-friendly soaps, to the brassware, books, softest linen sheets you will ever sleep on, and spotless clean.
SO INSTA-WORTHY - it’s no secret we love a good photo opportunity, and this place had plenty of these! So stylish, and such a wonderful space to get creative in,
What an incredible haven you’ve created Pop & Scott, we hope to visit again someday,
We’ve popped the airbnb link below if you’re keen to check it out for your next Byron stay!
